St. Dunstan’s Rectory

St. Dunstan’s rectory is an attractive, contemporary home well-suited to its location in delightful Carmel Valley Village, a 10-minute drive from the church.

A Spacious Home

The 2,020-square-foot home, built in 1972, has three bedrooms and three baths on two floors and a two-car garage. The ground-floor level has an open floor plan.  The kitchen has a breakfast nook and an island; a second refrigerator and a washer and dryer are steps away in the garage.

The bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has an eight-foot closet and an en suite bathroom with double sinks.

Recently Updated

The rectory has recently been updated with new floor coverings, windows, appliances, and paint. The grassy back yard (with a lemon tree) is fenced and has a patio with views of the Santa Lucia Range and a storage shed.

Carmel Valley Village

Carmel Valley Village is a charming, friendly town of artists, craftspeople, small businesses, shops and restaurants.  It’s also known for tasting rooms that showcase the wines from the region’s premier wineries.  The Village has a beautiful community park, playground, and swimming pool, and a history center that tells the stories of Carmel Valley when farming and ranching were the primary ways of life.
